Facebook continues to grow in both web presence and revenues as the years go by, as it continues in its mission to make the world a more open and easier to search and share place through the web. It presents opportunities for businesses and investors across many platforms.

Mark Zuckerburg also added on Facebook, “In the last three months, we’ve also announced our first aircraft to beam down internet access, our first satellite launch to deliver connectivity, an AI-powered digital assistant and our first Oculus virtual reality consumer release.

Here are 10 impressive and interesting Facebook Stats from 2015 so far;

1 – Facebook saw a revenue of $4.5 Billion in 2015.

2 – Facebook earnings per share were $0.57.

3 – Facebook revenue is actually up 11.3% from last year.

4 – Facebook has hit 1.5 Billion users this last quarter.

5 – Facebook profit from 2015 to date is $869 Million.

6 – Facebook revenue from payments is 5%.

7 – Facebook now has 1.39 Billion monthly mobile users.

8 – Facebook mobile now makes up 78% of their advertising.

9 – Facebook shares are up 2.3% in after-hours trading.

10 – Facebook Like and Share buttons are used over an average of 10 million websites daily.

As you can see, Facebook is still extremely dominant in the cyber business world, and with international offices all over the world it has even been estimated that 83.5% of users are outwith the US and Canada.

Facebook stats from 2015 are very impressive and it is intriguing to see what the next year will bring for them and their ever-growing user base.
