Our Brief

The average age of Six Senses hotel guests are too old at 55 years of age, and not booking directly through the website. Look to target the next generation of Six Senses guests through social media, who are more likely to book direct.

Our Strategy

• Leveraging on hero moments within hotels to capture and create content that has more of a shareable and virality factor to reach more users across Instagram

• Collaborating with content creators to yield user-generated-content that resonates directly with millennials alongside key markets that guests are booking from i.e London and New York

• Executing storytelling paid social campaigns to complement the above activities and further amplify reach across key social channels, Facebook and Instagram

• Launched a TikTok channel to further target 20-30 year olds based on this demographic having more disposable income then ever before

Our Results

  • 320% increase in turnover generated via social media
  • 30% increase in bookings via organic search and direct
  • 136% increase in Instagram followers amongst 25-34 year olds, becoming the top demographic
  • Lowered the average age of guests from 55 to 38 years of age
