Our Brief

Grow and develop the Going Greek brand to compete with other household name competitors in the fast-casual restaurant space.

Our Strategy

  • Created the first brand guidelines identifying brand personality, brand look and feel, across colour palette and typography, brand values and brand distinctive assets
  • Developed the first TOV for the brand to resonate directly with our target audience
  • Completely restructured the digital marketing, starting with new website development with correct landing pages and CTA’s, alongside implementing an online loyalty rewards strategy
  • Established their first email marketing database and created an email marketing strategy integrated across our marketing communications and yearly marketing calendar
  • Managing influencer outreach to further grow the brand and launch new sites in new locations where brand awareness was considerably low

  • Achieved over 3 million impressions across Organic Social, Paid Social and Influencer collaborations
  • Attained an average email open rate of 42% (industry average is 12%)
